Main account stolen

Ok this is what happened, yesterday i downloaded something from Youtube (crossfire related) not a hack may i add, the tool did the trick BUT it turned out to be a keylogger aswell, i will supply screen shots of the emails and screens from ingame.

I checked my emails and i found nothing suspicious until i clicked on "bin" which i found 2 emails which i did NOT do

This shows that the theif changed my gmail email address to a German email address, i've never seen this timohatnenkleinen1@web.de in my life

This shows that the person asked for this info so he could change my security answer and email

I was also in the clan Third Circle.

The theif tried to steal my steam, paypal, moneybookers but failed thank GOD, so whats the next step? i know all the infomation, my ip is STATIC so im sure this will prove its my account, i also have paypal transations dating back a few months etc.

I've also sent a ticket but as you can understand my inpatience and FRUSTRATTTIIIONN, i know its my own fault but no one deserves things to get stolen.
