File is changed: W[2007]L[0] CShell.dll

Fixed my problem...
Just this is same as the last year issue


1. Go to ur Crossfire folder

2. Open version.ini in notepad

3. LatestVersion: (change it to 1054),
then after u open game and play, it automatically changes to the new version,(for me now it automatically changed to 1079 which is latest)

So when after I have wrote 1054 I try to save it, but I can't! It gives me a error when I try to..

Like: "File couldn't be created. Check that searchway and filename is real"
Something like that translated..

What to do?

the prob is becos the latest version u need to change is 1079. And the most important thing is to de-click the read only button under the properties of the file (version.ini) before changing anything. this is to be done so that ur new version number in this case 1079 can be saved. after saving the file, proceed to properties again and click back on the read only button. Hope it helps cheers
