Shotgun list.
Ammo: Mag size is far more important then total ammo for shotgun because your either going to kill them in 1-2 hits in close range or die from them in medium/long range. So you'll rarely run out of ammo.
12/24 JackHammer.
10/40 XM1014-ADV.
8/32 SPAS.
8/24 Dual Desp.
6/32 XM1014.
5/35 Stakeout.
Fire Rate:
XM1014 and XM1014-ADV fire around 3.0 rounds a second.
JackHammer, SPAS, Dual Desp, and Stakeout fire around 1.5 rounds a second.
Damage: Because damage dealt by a shotgun is determined by pellets its hard to determine which ones do more damage. But since they all 1 hit in close range and are hard to use beyond it doesn't matter that much. If all the pellets do the same damage tho then shotguns that fire more pellets per round would do more damage.
JackHammer fires 8 pellets
SPAS fires 8 pellets.
XM1014-ADV fires 6 pellets.
XM1014 fires 6 pellets.
Dual Desp fires 6 pellets.
Stakeout fires 6 pellets.
Accuracy: Or how tight the pellet spray is. The tighter the spray the more damage you can do at longer ranges, but tighter sprays make close range harder by a bit.
In order of tightest to widest
Dual Desp.
Stakeout.
SPAS.
Jackhammer.
XM1014-ADV.
XM1014.
Reload: Shell reload vs mag reload. Mag reload is faster for reloading the entire mag at once but leaves you open well doing it. Shell takes longer to fully reload but can be interrupted at any time and still fire if you get caught reloading. Basically it comes down to what you prefer.
JackHammer and Dual Desp have a mag reload.
SPAS, XM1014, XM1014-ADV, and Stakeout have a single shell at a time reload of about 1 shell per second.
