Is there some sort of program that I need to use of some sort? Please answer, I would like to know how to do this:) Thanks!

Upload a picture to an image hosting site(Photobucket, tinypic, imageshack etc..)
Once uploaded, it'll give you a link for the image.

Put in the image tags which are url

Some sites put the image tags on the link for you.
