Where is my ZP?

Hi!
I'm from Russia and do not speak English.
10/30/2011 at 20:00 Moscow time I put the phone through mopay 700 rubles (a 2 pack of 6954 points)
But so far I have not got them.

hi. Look, when you start to use mopay service - you must to do a next actions:
1. enter your phone number, as write in mopay service
2. send SMS to short number with text MOPAY.
DON'T CLOSE WINDOW with mopay service until operation is not complete!
3. wait, wait and wait while you receive incoming sms with information about your purchase.
4. wait while mopay receive information from your mobile operator. When mopay transfer you to Z8 mall page. In right corner you can see you current ZP balance.

Brodiki clearly trying to hard there to be helpful lol.

If your confident the payment was successful do not worry since as of recent survey company's have been taking along time to credit people who are buying there services just send them an EMAIL asking for the transaction ID since saying you didn't get your points they will just respond that the transaction was successful , when you get the transaction ID send a support ticket to z8games with it.

Before doing all of this wait atleast 48 Hours.

Если ваша уверенность, что платеж был успешным не волнуйтесь так как последние компанией опроса были взять с собой время кредитные людей, которые покупают там услуги достаточно отправить им письмо с просьбой для идентификатора транзакции так говорю, что вы не получили свои очки они будут просто ответить, что сделка была успешной, когда вы получите идентификатор транзакции отправить в службу поддержки, чтобы z8games с ним.

Перед тем как сделать все это ждать по крайней мере 48 часов.

I suggest waiting up to 48 hours after purchase.

If it still hasnt arrived, contact the provider and Z8Games.

heh... as i know, mopay usually transfer ZP to account during 5 min. maximum... But ZP from mopay are expensive. If you purchase ZP via debit|credit card, you pay less money. imho

Agree !!! I used to pay by mopay and it was so silly.
