Why no clean install/load for CF?

Why does CF not work?
It is broken.
Over a year ago I downloaded CF from C-net. I installed and apart from taking a looooong time for the sign in screen to show up, it worked.
Then, after the Ghost mode patch, trouble started for me.
I had to delete and re-install a few times and create exceptions in my AVG.
It STILL worked.

Now, after the Zombie patch, the game will not work properly. Won't even get me to a game. I can sign in, choose a room, click to join, then black screen...................
I have uninstalled and installed numerous times. Shut down ALL firewalls and antivirus etc etc.

Why does CF not work now? It worked before the Zombie patch, now it's just taking up space on my HD.
Why can't Cf (G4, Neowiz, Smilegate get their crap together and post a CLEAN-Working Install? Nothing has changed on my end. But CF's programming should work, if it was done properly.
Now I see that I should try to change the programming of CF (which is warned AGAINST).
This makes NO sense. I am not a programmer.

It seems that a company that makes multi millions of dollars every year should be able to get the programming right with the "improvements".

I think this goes to show how little CF cares about the gamers and how much they care about $$$$$.
People are losing $$$ trying to play and CF keeps raking it in and giving NOTHING in return.
Come-on. Get it together CF.
