Ping goes 114?

I am currently suffering from this problem also .

I live in Northern Ireland. I contacted my ISP and they said that there was a problem between the connections from Northern Ireland to United Kingdom.

If you live there you might be suffering from the same problem.. Otherwise call you ISP and tell them your having ping problems.

ok first off resetting those you have not tried everything, there are many other things you can try. 1 another server 2 refrag and remove cookies 3 uninstall some programs from your computer and turn off some actively running worthless programs that do nothing but burn your cpu memory.
those are just some things you can try, you can also ask a technician for help, or try lowering some of your in game graphics to speed things up. there's a multitude of tricks that will allow you to speed up your computer and your connection.
