no C dog tag from 6 months

i am not getting c dog tag from 6 months i didnt play all 180 days but i am sure i played almost 90-100 days plz check if it got bugged.
any gm or mod reply plz

It's not bugged, you're just unlucky. I still need the 'R' dogtag.

It doesn't matter what tag you need, you only have an 11% chance of winning a particular one when you finish a daily mission. As you get tags, the chance of getting one you do not need anymore increases. Simple probability.
