Account Banned - Mods help me please

Hi Z8Games.
I tried to get help on the Web Form, but I was ignored.
Today, my account was banned, but it was a system failure.
CrossFire, detected as hack the program CCleaner.
And my account was permanently banned.
She was a silver bar, and had good weapons. I had bought 20k ZP yesterday.
It would be very difficult for me to start a new account.
On my computer has no hack.
If any moderator want, can see using Team Viewer.

I would ask please, to remove a ban on my account.
Please.
This account is fake, I created her for assistance.
Again, please remove the ban on my account.

I got CCcleaner too....can i start CF? Or maybe not?....i am not complaining, but want to known... if this^ claim is true, then better to not start CF...

You don't get permanently banned on the first detection so your defense kind of failed on the first sentence.

If support can't help you, neither can we.
MODs do not have access to any game or account database, we're regular users.

Dot, I bought a new pc today and Im currently downloading Crossfire, I have CCleaner on my computer, I haven't used it yet but do I get banned 7 days if I log on? (While it's turned off)

CCleaner doesn't run any background processes. When its off, its off.

So in short, no.

I just started CF normaly and than i was banned for 1 week i didnt do anything PLS HELP GM

This guy is full of it. I have Ccleaner. No problems here. May be the hack he has?

I too have CCleaner. Not banned. But then I dont have "illegal programs" on my pc.

Even if it did detect CCleaner as a hack, as Dot said, it wouldnt perm ban you.
I dont buy it. Thats probably why Support are ignoring you. Because youre bareface lying to them.

Teamviewer is useless. If you did have cheats on your pc, it takes 2 seconds to wipe all traces away.
