Click "user CP" at the top of the forum page after you log in. Then just select "your profile" then click on "statistics".
On a different note, they need to simplify that process already. The last game i played before CF had their forums set up so great. They actually had a button at the top of the forums that you pressed that took you to all your posts without having to click 5,000 buttons. -

For me its just 3 clicks, dunno why its such an issue for most people. Just one more click than just checking visitor messages after all.
