Help

Please guys nobody knows to repair this **** black screen when you'll to connect a room.An also in zombie mode i can't see the boxes , all rounds i need to pick up worst guns.Already i sended 3 4 report to GM but they say check our forum site, but at forum all people make a new thread for this problem , i think i'm not alone who has this problem after the zombie mode patch.Please really mates if someone knows to repair this problem can help me as soon as possible.I play this game from 3 years and never see a problem like this.
