Hacked Account.

Ok so recently i have lost two accounts.

In this happening i thought this was impossible bad luck for this to off happened to me , so i downloaded a anti-virus program and it scanned 489 Viruses detected.

Then i was told to download something called Microsoft Essentials and Advance System Care PRO so i did , i bought the PRO part and used it all etc , it detected in ASC PRO 743 error's all together so now i have fixed them my friend Teamviewed my computer to do something called HiJackthis he said it's gone , and that my protection active.

Thats what happend with tupac , Now i believe with FreQii? , this is what happened.

Someone added my MSN i accepted them , they sent me a file over the chat box i told them i'm not opening it , then i was deleted later that day i got an email from someone called Jagex Limited , i opened it and there was a link i clicked it , and it lead to a dead page (Nothing'ness) , later that evening i logged into FreQii? , And went to my clan to check our rank , My clan was '' 3x3 '' TM is the leader and nfamous is the LT , they can verify i was on this account and in the clan Z8Games can check my joined clan logs or what ever , so anyway i wasn't in the clan , i was in some clan called Gay tm , the introduction was stated '' HAHHAHA ACCOUNT GOT HACKED'' , Z8Games can check this also if there system is able too , now luckily i had spent close to £200 Via Mobile Payment into ZP, which of course the person who has hacked/keylogged my account's doesn't know the Mobile Number i used to buy the ZP.

Now Z8Games Support this is also aimed at Mod's/GM Saidin.

The reason i did not send in the ticket instantly is because my computer was infected and i could not send a ticket with Valueable information which the hacker may be able to utilize to gain full control of the account , Now of course the hacker is asking to change information so he can have full control of the account , Now i'm certain my PC is safe as my dad's friend Phil who teamviewerd me said it is safe and he is quite clever with these kind of things.

Now your first response was the Mobile Number and Security Answer was correct , now we all know that No Hacker is going to spend Real Life Money on an account he has hacked , they hacked it with the sole reason to get the account an account with advanced weapons for free , I recently won the FR-F2 which i absolutely love.

I did not write down the First Password or email i was one of those stupid people that just signed up to the game wanting to play the game but of course then i got addicted and started buying ZP , i also provided some Transaction Codes , i was not expecting to get attacked/targetted from a hacker for my account , so i woudn't of even thought to retain first information off the account since i didn't even know i needed a copy of it for future problems with an account.

I highly suggest that you edit your sign up page to include that user's signing up should retain original information.

I really hope that i get my account back i had just won FR-F2 and spent 120,000 ZP in Halloween Crates and won nothing.

Right now I'm seriously not strong enough to lose something else , My life's so bad , family , school , and friend related , crossfire is like a stress relief for more that i enjoy , if everything is taken from me here aswell , i'll have nothing left in my life , and yes as sad that sounds to be the last thing left in my life it literally is , all i have left in my life is my Friends in 3x3 and This computer.
