Error 24_3

Is there a reason why if someone walks into me, I get kicked from each and every game due to 24-3?

I have to avoid my own teammates like the plague because if I walk into them, or they walk into me, I get the error about 3 seconds after. It also happens if I bunny hop as a ghost in ghost mode, if I land on anything ever so incorrectly.

Basically, every object is hot lava, if I walk into it, I get the error. Very annoying.
