ZM crash due to hack detect?

Everytime i play zombie mode and ONLY when i play zombie mode right before i get to a boss i get an error message saying a hack tool has been detected. (There's a code after it thats like 0:04:00) it kicks me off and i just wasted an hour trying really hard to get crates.. so i play ghost mode and TD but its just not as fun to me as zombie mode. How can i fix this?:D all help and advice is appreciated.
(obviously i wouldnt be posting this if i actually used hacking tools. I've played for 2 years now. I dont need to hack. I got skill, and even with my skill my kd is 2600 - 3000)
