Can't report hackers (I/O device error)

Today the web form to report hackers are displaying the following message:

Error occored when upload file, Please contact administrator.The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

I tried to upload a replay file I already uploaded yesterday and got the same error.
Is there some problem with the web form?

The most that can happen is to talk to Support found here. This could be a new issue, so maybe grabbing their attention will help resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I would list the ticket under Crossfire then Technical Support.

Some helpful recommendations:

1) Ask what is the normal replay file size that should be created (check on your own end to see if it matches more or less their saying)

2) Explain what steps you took from the end of the game, saving the replay, uploading and so on, right up to the error.

3) DO NOT explain the situation regarding you saving your replay (meaning the hackusation). The ticket will be ignored and probably closed.

Support replied my ticket and told they know about the issue and are fixing it.
It will be fixed ASAP and I will check later.
