Problems in the ribbon facebook

I liked the page of crossfire on facebook, and click "redeem item" and says that I do not like the page yet, and I can not win the "USP", what do I do ?

    Is it confirmed on the facebook page that you "like" it?

    If you see the option to "unlike" then probably so. Try it again now.

    Did you receive the pistol? No?

    Then send a support ticket under Crossfire >>> Technical Support

    Explain to them the same scenario.

    Provide screenshots (upload to either mediafire or megaupload) showing that:
    A) you did like the page and
    B) with the facebook page next to the crossfire USP page, showing that you were denied the USP pistol.

    does not appear that the "USP" was denied, only appears that I still do not like the page, but I like, until the button is on facebook "unlike" I will inform the support, thank you.
