no ZP

Greetings!
Well i try to charge my account with some zp and used the phone option, i try to charge 3394 with the valor of 4€.Well i have done the operation and the service charged the valor but i dont get the zp until now and i do it yesterday (23-10-11) . It is the second time i do it, i already lost 8€ and zp never saw it so please i need some answers.
