Atl error :(

hi..
i did download crossfire and i did patch all what is to do.
HGW Game Watcher comes 33% - 77% - 100%
but when i press ''START'' it do comes an error..
..error's name is ATL. [Can not run Unicode version of ATL80.DLL on
Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows Me. Please install the ANSI Version.
