As there is this ribbon `Christmas Comes but Once a Year -You own a permanent Christmas weapon` why dont we have a ribbon called Halloween comes once a year-you own a permanent halloween weapon?

what about a ribbon for getting a kill/kills with a grenade after you die...could call it lucky frag...they are hard to get kinda i've only gotten like 5 or so, you can obtain the ribbon after like 100-250 or so kills

frag kills count on your bagde and there is a Bow to my letness ribbon for badge so no...
lol i wonder how the cosplay ribbon looks like
