Not getting any zp by doing offer on super rewards

Today I did free zp offers on super rewards i did 3 offers total amount of zp must be credited 4k the offers says i have completed awarded but i did not get any zp. I have transaction codes and i have made 2 support ticket even i have 1 more in the way but z8 says your account was credited on October 21st but its not.My zp stayed same and bonus point nothing changed. There should be big z8 fail.....
Please help to get my zp i am so confused couse it took me 30 minutes to do offers and i just don't know what to do.
