Acc hacked?!?!

i get a email that anyone wants to change the email adress of my account

and now he changed my password so i cant log in in my account ! he hacked me!
i have a few informations about my acc:when my acc was created, Login ID and sec answer ! i send a email ticket to the support too i hope i get my account back!
