Bad work of CF support team.

i can to tell about room crash at Z8 CF and bad work of support team.

What's my history.
19.10.2011 i join to room Port HM. In this room i found a several noobs, they test different types of hacks without any fear. When i detect all of these hackers and say to them, what i''ll do a report to z8, room was crashed. One of this noobs tell before what he have a "GM friend" and that "friend" can crash any room. As we know, true GM's don't do it in any sence, but some hackers call himself as a "new GM" and can use a different malware to hack CF. And in several seconds my room was crashed. I can create a several screenshots, but can't create a cfr file, because game was broken. I create a report to Z8 support about this incident, but not as hacking report, because i haven't a replay to complete hacking report (screens can't approved in this section of Z8support). I add to my report all screenshots with my comments and today i get a reply. That's it is:

"You`ve posted a ticket in the incorrect section, please post your report in "Crossfire -> Hacking Report" and the correct department will help you with this issue. Unfortunately our department cannot assist you and if you continue to post in this section your requests will be ignored.

Dear Z8 team, if you don't know what i can't create a usual hacking report, because i haven't a replay file - it's terrible. If you don't know, what replay can't fix crash room hack - it's more terrible when previous. And last... if you think, what room crashers isn't a problem - you did a BIG mistake. If you want to lose your bisiness - do nothing. And you lose all.
