All profiles are Global Risk?

I just checked out my profile and it now shows the Global Risk logo when i chose Black List as my specified faction. I checked several profiles that were in Black List but now they have all changed to Global Risk. I guarantee that if you're in Black List, you will now be in Global Risk. Was this done deliberately by Z8???

I'm confuseddddd
