can someone help me?

After i download crossfire.exe, all dlls and RF017 and RF016
appeared when I was entering the CF this message
''Cannot Compile Shader.''

It sounds like a video card issue.
Check to see if there are any updates to your video card and do so, along with making sure you have the latest directX.

Very strange error. Check your direct 3d pipeline, allow it to acess .rez extention files to read files in the 3d format used by crossfire (cant help you there). Go to power management and increase the input by 40% not to burn out your graphics card.
next, go to your 3d pipeline .sys (functional) folder, find a file called "definitions" then click "systemep" right click and open with notepad. Press ctr and f at the same time. Type in .rez and it will show you something like def.[something here].filextension.rez.000000. Change that to the same number following any other 3d extension (usually above and below you) and your all set! Its time consuming. If you want to do it easier, just re-install crossfire -_-. But that might take more time in the longrun. this is a shading 3d error btw.

Mine is: 556700
so try def.[this will be your graphics card vendor and model].rez.556700
This is always a 6 digit number.

I'll be uploading a zipped archive of the CF folder that works and hopefully that will resolve issues so you don't need to patch manually.

My advice to you for now is to click the reset button on your router, disable your firewall and uninstall crossfire, then re-install it completely. For some odd reason I cant change the version.xml file without a blue screen. This is very odd and prevents re-patching. -_-
But again, follow my instructions on page 1 because that worked for me. Rez is not a standard file associated with most modern graphics cards so you might have to add it manually.
