help gm plz

When i click start game it takes about 10 minutes for the checking resource files to get to 100% and when i try to join a game it takes like 3 minutes for it to load up and i also cannot do clan wars because when the first half is over i press join game and it disconnects me so i can do the second half so can any of you gm help me oh yea also when i play other fps games it loads up fast i also tried reinstalling it and all.
