I can't play Crossfire it's all glitchy and Firefox download comes up and says Open or save Ingame_01.htm and the file is from crossfire.Z8games.com and IEframe comes up too. Don't mind the Forum name I didn't know what to do.

Just out of curiousity if you browse to the following page does it open properly or try to download it:

http://www.howstuffworks.com/cookie.htm

I'm thinking that the file associations for .htm files might be set wrong, and this would indicate if that is true or not.
