Survey "SuperRewards"

If you're talking about the "RewardsTV" type of Survey, then you have to register, then click the TV shows you "Watched". after clicking the date you "watched it", click which ever answer 20 times.

That should finish the Game, but you also need to finish the registration to your account. Make sure you check your E-Mail as that assures the proof in case you didn't receive your ZP.

*Edit* The only "Survey" you should be doing is the game that RewardsTV is telling you to do. The sweepstakes Survey one isn't required to do, as I got rewarded without having to do that.
