Thinking of making a UI?

So maybe Halloween. I currently need some inspiration though.
First of all what should I do first, as in Black market, Room Lobby etc.

A specific theme for something would be nice too. Such as maybe one with skulls, one with a jack-o-lantern... etc?

Not to be a downer of anything but unless you work pretty much non-stop or you change very few files to the UI you won't get it done before Halloween.

But anyway, try to keep something consistent throughout such as a single image or a way of organizing shapes etc.

Well it doesn't have to be Halloween. Only that'd probably be the easiest for now.
