zp approved but not credited from surveys ?

About 14,000 zp from sometrics has been approved for me and it wont be credited. What do I do? It says approved. I contacted sometrics and they told me the amount has been credited so Im thinking something up on the crossfire server....

Im ****ed because why the **** do I have to justify my ****ing surveys with screenshots what the **** happened to full automated? And fyi **** you sometrics for the marketing research section where you ****ing owe me over 300$us in compensation for doing surveys estimated in over 500,000zp total and crediting them as 960zp a piece for a 10,000zp survey! **** this **** the system! Everyone keeps pointing fingers from sometrics to the provider to z8 games back to ****ing sometrics. Im trying not to burn ****ing holes in my pockets and taking time out of my day to do these stupid black handed organization offers just to be compromised 1/10 of my earnings and now nothing! If anyone wants to see my ****ing messages I will post them because Im thinking these will show eveyone why the **** im raging right now. Guess what happens when z8 tells you to ask the provider? The provider ignores you! Its like calling up the president of the usa for a cup of tea. He will never acknowledge your problem or question/ request.

I dont mean to point this the **** out but there is a patch coming up and 14k zp + my current 8k= lots of chances at winning a halloween item. grr

This has been happening to a lot of people. Wait up to 2 weeks and see what happens. (Make sure you read the fine print under each survey you click on. Some say up to 2 weeks others say 1-20 hours.)

for me it been solved.
i got all my zp, it took 24 hours.
just wait.

if it still like that after the 24 hours, send a ticket.

I hope you guys are right but also, I wonder why the hell the section that says "earn points by completing sureys" has ripped me off by 500k zp. And then they tell me to specify the issue survey even though I did like 40 that day. Each worth 8000-10000zp and a about 20 the day before thinking they were "delayed payment" or some garbage like that. So they want me to screenshot 60 30 minute surveys and cant accept that the system is flawed. whos right huh? Telling me to ****ing talk to the provider when they are the ****ing provider. What the ****!? Oh the best part is they tell me to screenshot after I did them and due to their secretive natures Im not allowed to access them if i finish,visit or fail them.

There was an error however it was fixed.

When did you complete the survey?

Have you gone to the Survey Company and got confirmation from them that you should have points?

After receiving confirmation from the survey company did you go then go to http://support.z8games.com and provide that information to them?

There's basically a million things you can do to get your points. Coming to these forums and cursing and swearing is NOT one of them.
