game doesnt load

when i run CF it opens the launcher and do the protection hack but the game doesnt load... can some1 help me plz ?!

yes i did all reinstall restart computer desactivate my antivirus run as admin.. nothing works..

EDIT: i think i know why.. i think i downloaded west coast .. and im east might be that the problem ?
