Hack Tool Detected and banned

Today, I tried logging in on my main account, and I got "Hack Tool has been detected (1) (649:1:0:0)

I don't hack in this game, nor any other game. I have never hacked, and never will. My account is a Second LT Grade 7, with 10K ZP sitting on it, and over 50K GP.

Second time it's happened to me.. The first time I was like, "Okay, whatever, must be a game error.." I logged into the game again and it let me play, but it just stopped me from accessing the forum. But twice is annoying. I have no hacks on my computer. As I said, I don't, never have, and never will hack.

I've submitted a ticket.. But the forums get answered faster..

Addition: It's still lets me access the game just fine. It only blocks me on the forums when I try to access the website.. Otherwise my account is fine..

Already have. I'm just posting this here so a MOD can be aware of it. The forums get answered quicker than a ticket does.

Uhm, are you running any programs besides possibly ts3, vent, mumble, raidcall, fraps, or growller? I noticed I would get that error when I tried to use playclaw to do some recording. I had to start cf first then alt+tab and start playclaw.

No, I was only running Cross Fire. I even had my anti-virus shut down.

Denies Hacking so much even though the error can not be related to it.

You should stop using hacks.

Check out my account.. I don't need to to hack to win in this game, so I don't. Maybe you should stop making an ass out of yourself with your wild assumptions.
