When I created the account I used a random email + SQ and I think that I have a keylogger on my computer and I want to change my password.
Can you please help me??

I really want my account, I payed for this game, but I don't have Transactions ID's..

Unfortunately with little to no proof that it is your account there is little to no chance of recovery.

You can try contacting Support about your issue.

i have the same problem i got my transaction id but z8games just say "1 last info please give us your email" WDF? my transaction are from the first month i play or so.

You need 2 pieces of foolproof information to give them to prove it. Trans ID's are 1 form of proof.

Also to the OP. You have no chance of recovering the account. You should have used a legitimate email and Security Answer

Knowing your transaction id's, your legitimate e-mail, and your security answer will get your account back. I've had to run through this process over the phone and believe me... its wasn't fun trying to remember my security answer considering I was 1 letter off. In short, without anything of proof, your account is gone, and by the sounds of it you're the one to blame.
