4 modes. Opinions?
Earlier I thought up of 4 different modes while I was being lazy... Further suggestions and criticism wanted.
Ghosts vs Mutants - Most likely suggested before but here's some detail in what I thought about it. Ghosts have 100 hp and can use any melee weapon available. Mutants will have 1000 hp if they are a green slug mutant. Other mutants may have increased HP. Mutant punches do 25 at the body, 20 at the leg, 50 at the head and you can't slash spam because you only have the option of the right click. Different mutants might come with different abilities. Dread's having the ability to slash faster. Maidens can go invisible still. Smokes create smoke giving positions of possibly bunny hopping ghosts. Assassin has his little grenade that does normal grenade damage. Maps this will be played on would be like normal mutation matches, but with double the amount of mutants as a normal MM. So in a room of 8, there would be 2 mutants vs 6. In a room of 16, the match would be 4 mutants vs 12 ghosts.
Hero Elimination - Easy as regular EM but with one person on each side becoming a Hero. It could turn into "protect the hero". If grenades were allowed on the FAL, I would limit it to 1-3 grenades.
Ammo Dump Assault - 2 teams have an ammo dump valued at 10,000 HP. Could be set up like a Escape map. Controllable doors for whoever has taken over said door. That's pretty simple in detail.
Soccer - Large ball in a field of course. Different modes for this available. Shotguns - Snipers - Everything. I would imagine this in an EM/ZM set up. Pick up your guns, shoot at the ball and finally get a goal. The field could be set up in different ways. A large barrier providing cover for the teams from opponent fire. Thus giving the teams 100 exp each per goal. Or if its just an open field, everyone is going to kill each other and get standard exp for that. Per goal, it would give 10% + exp at the end of the match. So BL gets 2 goals, GR gets 3. GR gets 30% exp + and BL gets 20%.

Soccer = A.V.A, It refuses imitationshero and ammo dump are my favorites (though hero looks similar to captain mode in soldier front)
I have actually never played either of those games, so I actually had no idea anything like those were around.
For Ammo Dump, I just kinda mixed Assault mode and TD from UT2k4. -

Then just get your gun and shoot their heads off and kill everyone
