Someone make it clear that you can delete a post or thread you have made.

I know because of the lag that people sometimes double post. That's fine. Then they edit the second post with "Stupid lag, made me double post" when there is delete option when you click edit. Can someone make this abundantly clear to people?

you are able to delete a post

just go edit -> delete

However, I have had the problem a couple times, but I just get a message saying it is an identical post to one I had posted within the last 5 minutes and it naturally doesn't double post for me.

The whole point of this thread is not to ask to implement a feature that is already there but to let the idiots who don't see it know of its existence and to start using it. Too many posts saying "oops double post" and such.

Someone make it clear that you can delete a post or thread you have made.
