I respect the game.

I respect the game for what it is and i also respect the staff and how tough there job us i also respect how hard it is to keep everyone happy giving the sites that work against the development and progress of Z8Games.

How ever I'd just like to say I've been waiting 53 Hour's for my ZP which was purchased through sometric's , i can provide a screenshot of it been completed and you can check my ZP log's that it isn't there , I've sent in a support ticket.

Anyone else with this issue who can be responsible and discussion able so that we can open a active friendly none violent inflammatory convo with the GM's / Mod's so that if there is a problem on Z8Games end they have the energy left to look into it straight away to be honest it's worn me out reading all the complaint's that provide no proof or are just inflammatory talk.

I can provide SS of the Completed Message in the Survey Support box thing , i can also ask my dad to give me any kind of information you may need since we purchased with credit card he can provide that.

    Give up on the sometrics I had the same problem but than I used a walliecard...
    I had proof of purchase screenshots/transaction code my name etc!

    I showed it to them and all the said was it's not in the database.
    And from that the complete ignore me

    I showed them so obvious proof that even a 12 year old kid would agree with me.
    Sometric = scam


    P.s if you paid with paypal or your bank I would complain to them and ask them to claim your money back!

  • I can't get a transaction ID because the offer is actually noted as '' Completed '' meaning there isn't a problem? but it's been 53 Hour's now so depending on what Z8Games reply with , I'll sue either side (Sometric's or Z8Games) , in 2 week's time if it isn't resolved or if I'm not refunded.

    You have to go to sometric's support and ask for the transaction ID.

  • There has been some problems with that provider, and some. I eventually recieved mine - but once, I spent 79$ and didnt get it.

    10 Minutes - 48 hour's it's been 54 Hour's Now my dad can provide bank statement's i can provide offer ID screenshot of it completed and z8games can check my zp log's

    i heard there are some problems atm with surveys z8games are probably working on that case.If you dont get your zps for more then 72h send support ticket to z8games and to the surveys company that you didnt recive reward.

    The process is exactly the same whether the surveys are working perfectly fine or whether there is a problem.


    Here is the process:
    You complete the survey
    You wait for confirmation and/or points etc
    If you do not receive confirmation or don't get your points you contact the survey company for proof and a transaction ID
    At that point the survey company should figure it out and send you the points.
    If you didn't get the points through this process you can go to http://support.z8games.com and ask what happened.

    At this last stage there can be 1 of 3 outcomes

    1. We look at your transaction ID, compare it with our system and determine why you didn't get your points and/or award you with your points.

    2. Tell you to go back to the survey company because everything in the point above this has been taken care of and you should have got your points normally. However since you did not, and our systems are working then it falls on the survey company to figure out what happened.

    3. Tell you to be patient while we try to figure out what the problem could be and whether it is related to 1 or 2.


    And all this needs to happen during or after the regular time a survey takes to get points. Some times its minutes, some times its hours.



    At any point in time you can always ask questions to http://support.z8games.com OR you can post your questions here. But the forums are not a place where you are going to physically GET your points from. No one here is a part of the survey company or are handling your ticket on our support site.

    May I ask why I didn't get helped?

    When I sended the problem to the support team(Z8) the just told me to contact somterics :/
    I did over 5x times and the just keep on replying that I didn't pay but I had obvious proof of payments....
    And the still say I didn't pay lolz.....

    It was only 2 euro's and 19 cent but still I paid so I expect something in return :/
