2 or 3 days befor i bought zp's for 20 euros and now i didn't get the zp's. I'm waiting and waiting but nothing changed on my zp status. What's wrong here and for me very important: Where is my money???

I wanted to buy other weapons and after a few hours of waiting I thought that it could take max. 20 hours and than I've got the zp's but I got nothing -.-

Don't expect an immediate response.

posting every 3 minutes will not yet an immediate response to the problem, only people coming in here and yelling "STOP BUMPING".

Wait 24-48 hours for a response to your ticket. Or it could be even 5 days after the initial submission.
