It is more of a summertime affair.

In actuality, every month there is a RF mission (the 1st daily mission that lasts the entire month)
but there is no background story or briefing on it.

The RF mission IS the daily mission, come to think of it, cause it's the broad global fight between Black List and Global Risk.
