my account was hacked and i dont know what to do!!!! I send a support ticket to z8games but it was denied, i send them again with all my info! i know all my info! security, user ,birth etc. please help me or tell me what to do!!! im begging you! i was sec lt with m4a1 silver and gatling gun and m16a2 and BOOM ALL GONE!!! please help me! ill repay you in any way i can.

What you mean it was denied?

And what do you mean you were hacked? It does not occur on a whim, there had to be something YOU did to instigate this. Explain your story please.

And remove your reward sentence, no one on the forums can help you on this matter.

If you know your security answer, then do a forgot password/username. In theory you should get your account back. Without them knowing your security answer, they can't change your email. Good luck.

What you mean to say is , you either trade a ZP Generator which anyone with a right mind knows everysingle one is fake and virused.

Or you tried trading/selling your account which is against z8games rules and you got scammed.

Or you downloaded hack for a game of any kind it contained a keylogger and they probably play CF too , if this is true , then check the last played date on the account if it has changed to a day where you know you didn't play send a support ticket giving the first IP address and provide Z8Games with the IP you have been playing with , they should check it with the one it has changed to.

Then return the account.

this guy probably thought he was going to get free zp, if the support ticket was denied the first time, its because the info you had was wrong, check your old email for the account it shold say what the new email the hacker made, as for every thing else, he probaly changed your question, so add your last transaction ID's (you can find that in your email). i would add your ip address, and if you have paypal add that to, just only put info which the hacker couldn't change you know its right

Check your ticket as to why it was closed and provide proper info. If you cannot prove you own the account, no one can help you.

Account loss is not to be posted on these forums.
