Echo 3 - For the low-ping players.

Well, recently I've noticed a lack of english speaking, low ping players, who don't hack. So I thought, maybe we could band together and make a server where we can play without having the worry of some player who can't even speak english kicking us, while their buddy hacks. A place where we can play with each other, have a conversation and everyone understands each other.

So, here I am, trying to fill a server with legit, english speaking, low ping players, who don't scream "haks" everytime they die, in the foxtrot 3 server, hopefully we can get some players to make games on it(currently no players on it).

Here are the rules for the server that we the players will/should enforce.

1. Speak english, or atleast be good at it. If you cannot we'll kick you.

2. Have a lowish ping. below 100 is good. Having a ping above 150 will result in a kick.

3. No hacking. Or you'll be kicked.

4. If you scream hacks, you better damn well know that player is hacking, if not at the very least say, "Could somebody watch *player* make sure that they're legit", so that you can atleast get a second opinion/person who has a view from their eyes. If you scream "hacks" left and right, we'll kick you.

5. Keep insulting down the a minimum, some little verbal fights are fine, but nothing overly harsh would be preferred, this one is up to the players in the lobby.

Anyone think it's worth a shot? I'll be starting up a room of TDM(only to judge the reaction from the players), I'll be swapping to something else once we get more players.
