the recover password Email Doesn't Work

Hi Z8team today one friend change his password and when he was changing it idk what him was do and put the password bad and Now he want recover it but the email way to recover the password doesn't work it says the email was sent and him search in the email and dont appears the recover email i think it was for the last website issues im reporting this because in other accs the recover email dont work thx z8games for ur support
