If you get killed by a penetration shot, look for the icon by the kill.
if you see if, they either dont hack or at least dont have that particular hack on at the time.
Wallers ignore ALL obstacles even the ones you can shoot through.

*cough* there are still some places that dont show the sign, like the middle eagle eyes doors, it does full damage and doest show any sign, so just assume it if its boxes and things like that
