Had that same problem some days ago....
It fixed it self for some reason

I have a working solution for this:
Don't switch between the servers?!

Hmm I've had this once when ive used the back button... But usually i just use the escape button on the keyboard and i havent had it again... try using the esc button let us know if the same still happens.
