problem with account info

hi guyz! i have a serious issue with my account!i am so idiot that i dont remember my registered mail(i had an e-mail only for cf) and even my security pass because i was so noob and i wrote a random answer.now almost 2 years later i need these information!
what can i do?i only know my user name and password.
i need to change my pass cause my little cousin logs all day(my biggest mistake is that i showed him the crossfire and my character)-.-

i have a bigger problem.the support ticket for account issues need at least 2 type of info that i dont remember!!!!omg i registered a account creation date but i am not sure even about it.about the mail,the same problem.if i write to the ticket my other mail?
