What's with the survey's z8games offers, i've tried a few before but somehow im not getting any zp after i finished them.

Anything you can do about it?

I have the same problem, ive done 2 offers i got the reward but the zp was never showed up on the mall either in the account info....

same here did 1 offers and nothing also i made the offer from my real IP i live in egypt before i was usin an ip changer but for 1 time i decided to do an offer without the proram and nothin

(ps in offer status i see it credited but no zp )

I am also with this problem '-' credits already completed research and one day and not do anything zp fell into my account .... when the problem will be solved? PSAs must be joined together to buy my new char

Z8 cannot really help you on this matter. They are not liable in these matters... to an extent.

wait 24-48 hours to allow the zp to be credited to the account. If it persists then please contact the SURVEY provider. After getting a response from them, and still not satisfied, then use the support system to verify that the survey was indeed processed thoroughly.

nop, you're wrong, that's happening with ALL survey providers.

Its Bs sometimes i sent in a support ticket for 7k zp they viewed it and i sent them printscreen shots they didnt reply -.-

The problem is with Z8 Games !

From multiple vendors fail me Z8 Points.I miss 5000 points !

With request to review and correct the problem, I remain.

I`ve made 8 !!!! and contacted the Survey provider And He said :
You have been credited for this offer. Sincerely, Alex, Peanut Labs Support !!!!!!!
I should Have now 8100 ZP :`(

Have the same problem.I have not been credited with about 10,000 points Z8 !

The problem is definitely in Z8Games.Because the points are credited officially.
But not on my account.

I wrote to the support.I would wait times.

But i need the points !

Bs its not the provider its z8 cause when i log into the website it says check log in info then redirects to to the login page loged in . wtf.

I bought ZP using sometric's moneybroker's , Not recieved points but it says its been completed.

I'd like the $20 to be refunded to my card , or i would like my Z8Games points.

Z8 ignores the issue of free ZP !

I've spent a lot of money for the game,no problem.

I wrote to support and I will hope that is taken care of quickly so.

If not, I will not play.I have to rely on my business partner can !
In addition, we have already put up with the **** hackers !

I think they dont care about this problem. The same thing with the hackers/cheater .. if they would really care about this they would fix this! But we see every second room is a cheater! Every anti cheating update fails .. in max 1-3 weeks do the hacks working again after a new patch!
