Zombie Mode Resupply Problem

Whenever I play the 4 player zombie mode I can never resupply at the ammo crates. I walk up to them and the "press E to resupply ammo" message pops up but nothing happens when I press E. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

You're not pressing hard enough.

I've tried pressing it down for about 15 seconds or longer on multiple occasions. Am I not pressing it down long enough? Because pressing the E key for longer than 15 seconds seems ridiculous.

Make sure your near it and it says " Press E to reload"

The "Press E to reload" message is visible every time I try to resupply.

Seems noobish to ask but: Have you shot off your weapon and reloaded it? You won't be able to collect ammo if the reserve ammo of the weapon hasn't decreased.

I've tried that already. My gun lagged into the box and I couldn't get it back.

Make sure you reloaded at least once.
Otherwise it will count as your gun's reserves still as full and won't refill ammo.

I only go to the resupply boxes if I'm almost completely out of ammo.

Ask your teammate to help you, drop your gun he reloads it and gives it back to you! Problem Solved

I don't think that my keyboard is faulty. I can use my E key for many other things. It's just that the resupply thing doesn't work.

Try using a different key config, or test it on other computers first if possible. Your the 1st case I've heard this happen to.

Try what Talon said.

Then if that does not fix it, try a re-install.

Rip out the key and place it. Or dump water all over your keyboard and try to get all of it out.
