Purchase ticket in ZP

Which type of transfer did you use?

PayPal takes up to 24 hours.
Direct transfer can take up to 24 hours.
E-cheques can take up to a week.


If you don't receive your ZP, submit a Support Ticket and explain the situation, with your proof of purchase handy.

A direct bank transfer should come either today, or tomorrow, but submit a ticket anyway.
Support won't be able to get back to you until the weekend's over, you should expect a reply on Wednesday.

Unfortunately support don't work weekends, and it takes them around 3 days to read and reply to a ticket.
