New Training?

Well you know how u get a training tut when you first play? well i think when you get to Staff Sergent LV 4, you should unlock a new one that helps you aim when the targets are moving and how to help u get more hs.
Also it could help because the targets maybe get guns and they will fire if you take to long to shoot at them. Good idea.?
