I got blocked 3 hours for nothing

Today I was playing in Search and Destroy with my friends and all of the sudden I got a message saying : `Hack tool has been detected 5.0 `` and I wasnt using hack , not even one program open , just Crossfire. I have never used hack in my life , my rank is colonel , I really take care about my account and stuff and today ... I get blocked for doing nothing ?

Obviously I tried to re logg in and now it appears a message saying that Im blocked for 3 hours ??

Tried sending tickets , no answer. They keep closing my tickets , so basically they block me for doing nothing and still when I write a ticket they dont even reply me back.

I dont share my account information with anybody , scan my pc everyweek for virus or trojans and still happens this to me .... I dont understand ......


Wondering why dont you block the real brs out there who really use hack instead of people who play clean like me?
