Making these posts over and over again doesn't do anything.

Surveys are not property of Z8Games or G4Box. They are essentially renting space on our website and providing a separate service to you. That service involves you filling out advertising and marketing information in exchange for points to use on our website (and game).

In the screenshot you listed the "z8games free auto insurance quotes" is just a name. The company is listing the survey with the title of Z8Games probably because its a survey being used for our website. If it was a survey on another website it would have said "<yourwebsitehere> free auto insurance quotes".

Once again, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF POINTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH SURVEYS OR OFFERS.

And for the other millionth time, the support system is located at http://support.z8games.com not in a PM inbox of a Moderator or GM on these forums.

They will give you the same answer as the above bolded line though if you talk to support.

You must contact the survey company and find out why they didn't give you the points.

Please be advised that due to the volume of transactions in process, your payment through this provider might be delayed from 10 minutes to 20 hours.

One survey awarded you points in 2 minutes. Great. The other survey didn't. So please be patient.
