Urgent

When i try to join a room in game the screen become black for 4 - 10 seconds and it starts to loading after , how i can repair that because before the last patch i haven't this problem ?

My pc : Vista 32-bit SP2

AMD Athlon 64*2 Dual core processor 4600+ ; 1 Gb ram and nvidia 8400 GS
